Hair

Know that feeling of dismal failure you experience when you try to do your hair the way your hairdresser does and your head ends up looking like a pile of sticky string?

I get that feeling with my dog.

Right now, he’s gorgeous (because I just picked him up from the groomer) but by tomorrow he’ll just be another tangled mutt.

  1. I always come out of the salon looking like I stuck my finger in a light socket–hairdressers have the weird sompulsion to “play up” my curls, which usually means I look like an escapee from a bad 80s metal video. Your dog’s lucky he gets one day of beauty. 😉

  2. LOL Kate — and I, despite the hairdresser’s best efforts and the burning of my hair and scalp, always come out with straight hair with no body — it’s that straight.
